Thank you for shopping at Dye My World. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our Returns & Refunds Policy below explains how we can help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same return eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
