Dispatch & Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST/AEDT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Customs & Import Fees (New Zealand)

These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If fees are required, the carrier will contact you before delivery.
If a parcel is refused and returned, the product cost will be refunded once returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
